Cricket Namibia is proud to announce the start of our Prestigious National Cricket Academy. It is a very exciting time for these young and talented players.
The National Cricket Academy players consist of talented young men and women within the Cricket Namibia pathway. The objectives of the NCA is to fast track these selected players to develop and improve their skills by focusing on their specific needs according to their strengths and weaknesses holistically.
The NCA will be based in Windhoek, Walvis Bay and Swakopmund.
The National Academy Head Coach is Fortune Matawu, National Academy Assistant Coach with women’s cricket (Leonard Nhamburo) and the National Academy High Performance Coach Coastal is Lauritz Haccou.
