Age Group Talent Pool – Development Program

The program is a vital development opportunity for our nation’s best-emerging players.  This program allows for a coaching platform for all age group players from age 15-17 to introduce coaching methods, values and behaviors, and a strong Eagles Culture at an early age. These camps will be implemented at the Coastal region and Windhoek.

  • 7-9 May: Talent pool Camp 1.
  • 11-13 June: Talent pool Camp 2.

This program is specifically designed for Namibia’s need in player production for the next 3 year at different age groups. The program balance development and elite skill implementation that leads to bigger depth and higher quality players. This program is also sustainable for the next three years which creates consistency in opportunities and security for stakeholders involved.

Congratulations to every player who becomes part of this journey.
