The U15 team left to Potchefstroom, to take part in the annual Cricket South Africa U15 Cricket Week, under the guidance of one of Namibia’s most promising up and coming coaches, Fortune Matawu, and they did not let their country down.
The team won the three T20 matches that they took part in, beating Kwazulu Natal Inland, Northern Cape and the Easterns from Benoni.
They unfortunately lost in their 50 over match against South Western Districts, but then managed to pull off a winning draw against Mpumalanga. They were unable to do the same against KZN Coastal, as they went down in a losing draw.
