Namibia aim to extend unbeaten run

LOG-LEADERS – Namibia will hope to extend their unbeaten run in the Sunfoil 3-Day Cup series when they host Boland at the Wanderers ground starting on Thursday.

Namibia have got off to a great start this season, winning their opening two matches against Northern Cape and Easterns, and currently lead the log on 43,62 points, followed by KwaZulu Natal on 38,88.

Last season they reached the final of the CSA One Day Challenge for the first time and a month ago also reached the final of the Africa T20 Cup, and now their fine form has also extended to the three-day version of the game.

“Jean has been in fantastic form lately and has scored one century and three fifties in his last six innings. He ha a great understanding with Craig and his professionalism on and off the field, and his calm and methodical approach has had positive influence on the team,”
