Cricket Isolation Period

Just before the Coronavirus outbreak, The Eagles had a busy schedule lined up for this year, with lots of competitive cricket preparing them for the T20 World Cup. Cricket Namibia is in full support of safety and the well-being of Namibian citizens, and thus isolation is advised.

The COVID-19 has affected Cricket Namibia massively, as there is no form of cricket played either at school, clubs or on National level. Cricket Namibia administrators are taking advantage of this time to plan exciting school league competitions, more mini cricket festivals, and club cricket.  The Eagles are avoiding mass gatherings and group training but they are productively using this time to maximum self-progression and self-training.

Health and safety come first so let’s isolate and be productive.
